This past weekend for my son's graduation, Class of 2022, I catered a nice party at my home. I called on DJM Caterering as I had in the past and as always, every single guest commented on how they loved all of the food and everything was so fresh and delicious. I have to say DGM truly makes these events stress free for me. They are dependable, timely, professional and the quality of food is always top notch. I hired DGM catering for my son's graduation party this last weekend. Communication before the party with choosing the food options, were super easy. They even called me a few days before to confirm I had all paper goods, sternos etc. On day of the party they showed up on time and delivered the food hot.. My guests were super impressed with Michael's culinary skills in cooking the pasta on site. My family and friends raved about how great the food was. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend to everyone!

From the moment we began planning with you, we knew we were in the best hands. Your knowledge and experience helped us create every aspect of a perfect menu from start to finish. It was amazing that you were able to have fresh, hot, insanely delicious Italian food out for our guests for hours. Your cold antipasto, stuffed mushrooms and baked clams were out of this world. Everyone is still raving about the penne alla vodka and stuffed shrimp as well. The only thing that matches the incredibly high quality of your food is your professionalism. Thank you so much for the amazing food you prepared and served at our SterlingRisk Anniversary Party. You outdid yourselves!!! The food was prepared to perfection and your staff was just incredible. It was everything you said it would be and more.

After the party, so many of our employees came over to me to say how incredible the food was. Several employees commented on the delicious barbeque sauce that the ribs had, and how they were blown away by the constant flow of food. Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Sausage, Chicken, Ribs and Steak…incredible.

We can't thank you enough for taking such good care of us. We had no worries with you there making sure all 150 employees sampled the variety of food you prepared for them. Bellies full they thoroughly enjoyed every morsel.

Sorry it took so long for me to say Thank you once again for the fantastic engagement party you catered for my son Brian and his fiancee Liz on July 14, 2012. The pig roast you catered was perfect!!! When I first met you Dominick, you told me I would have nothing to do but enjoy myself at my party and that I most certainly did!! Your pig roast was fantastic!!!

Partygoers are still calling me today to tell me what a wonderful party it was! Everything you did for us was so professional! From the awesome huge shrimp cocktail and fresh homemade mozzarella with brushetta at the cocktail hour to the full on burgers, dogs , fresh homemade salads, corn on cob, baked beans, ribs, shish kebobs and lets not forget the pig roast!!! Then to the full dessert table of assorted cheese cakes . crumb cakes, brownies etc. as well as coffee and all the rest. Everything was perfect!

You and Lorey left nothing out. You and your staff were so professional! Your party was exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend you and Lorey in a heartbeat for anyones catered affair.

Most recently we had you barbeque for my daughters college graduation. We had over 100 people and EVERYONE left satisfied and happy. They all loved the food. I spent the summer of 2013 going to graduation parties, 7 in total, my daughters being the last. The phrase "save the best for last" was without question true! We chose the Texas BBQ for our food as well as several great desserts.

The food never stopped comings from hamburgers and hot dogs, sausages and chicken to the grand finale ribs and filet mignon. Thankfully I invited all of my neighbors because the sounds of oohing and aahing coming from my yard would have stirred questions. The service was impeccable, the display was beautiful and the food...there are no words for. I cannot thank Dominic and Lorey for helping to make my daughters party such a success. All of my friends and family raved about it for weeks.

I hope they are ready for the flood of phone calls they will be receiving in the days and years ahead for people wanting the same fabulous experience I had for themselves.

We can't thank you enough for the outstanding job you and your staff did for Devan's College Graduation. Our guest came at different times, which would have been problematic for most caterers but not DGM Caterers. They timed the food perfectly, which kept the flow of the party going. We started with shrimp cocktail and clams and took off from there.

The food was outstanding and of finest quality. Our guests were so impressed by the diversity and the quantity of food. The salad were delicious as well as the burgers and hot dogs. My personal favorites were the barbeque chicken and the shrimp, Taryn's said that the steak and sausage "were out of this world".

I just wanted to say that I have had many parties over the years for our family and friends and this was by far the most enjoyable for me. I had complete trust in DGM they proved to be the best. I was actually able to enjoy my guest and continue a conversation with friends and family. Thank you for everything, you are the best!

Dear Dominic and Lorey,

Our first experience using DGM for catering was for my daughter and son in laws bridal show last summer. This was the first time our families would be meeting each other and our guest list was climbing to over 60 people. Taking the weather into account (it rained the morning of) only added to our stress level since the party was outside, but for my husband and I the thought of planning a menu for that many people and the fact that we made the party "open house" style, became overwhelming.

Enter DGM catering. Domnic, you took over the minute the party started. Our guests were in disbelieve at the variety and choice of food that you served barbeque style. With every introduction of a new type of food, our guest paletes kept being challenged. Something different at every turn. You paced the food perfectly and kept our guest intrigued with what was coming next.

The party started at 1 pm and didn't end until 11 pm. I have to say I am sure it was because of the delicious food. Lorey and your staff didn't miss a beat, making sure all was in order and making sure my husband and I relaxed and enjoyed the day. It truly was an amazing day. Our friends and relatives still talk about how wonderful the food and service was. Most importantly my daughter and son in law were so happy with how great the day turned out.

Fast forward to the August 2014, one year later. My daughter decided very last minute to make my son in law a 30th birthday party. Living in NYC it only made sense to host the party on Long Island. DGM to the rescue. In less than two weeks our menu was planned and once again....success. We cannot thank you enough for helping to make these very special milestones fantastic memories for our children and family. We look forward to celebrating many more happy occasions with DGM at the helm.
